👉 Q: Do I need to come inside?

✅ A: With potential traffic concerns, you will come inside to collect your food. If you need assistance carrying food out to your car, we will have volunteers available to help.

👉 Q: What time can we pick up food?

✅ A: If the weather is cold, doors open at 1:30pm for you to wait inside and fill out your form. If the weather is mild and it is not raining, we will have people line up outside. Someone will come out around 1:30 to get forms taken care of. Giveaway begins at 2:00pm. This event is first-come, first-served. To be fair to everyone, we will wait until this time to let anyone in for food pick-ups.

👉 Q: Can I get an extra box for someone who can’t make it?

✅ A: At this time, we will need to stick to the previous rules of one box per household. We hope to grow in the future to make this an option for those who are unable to get out to the church.

👉 Q: Can you save a box for me?

✅ A: At this time, no. We are not able to save boxes for people. If you aren't able to make it, there are a lot of other great resources available right now through various local organizations. Many of these can be found at https://www.fccvirden.com/help

👉 Q: What do I do when I arrive?

✅ A: When you arrive, please park in any of the designated areas (highlighted in yellow in the photo below). Doors open at 1:30 to wait inside. You’ll enter through the doors to the left of the church porch with the entrance sign and head upstairs to fill out your form. An elevator is available for those who need it. At 2:00, you'll be dismissed by row to collect your box.
